We are getting a group of schools together to share in the cost of an Elluminate room this year and wanted to offer the opportunity to Seedlings members. Elluminate is distance learning software that has audio, video, chat, and whiteboard functions, to name just a few. Normally, the cost of a single 100 seat room is $3500 dollars. However, if we get a group of at least 10 schools together, we can get a bulk rate of 10 rooms, with each school getting a room for around $350 dollars. Members can also order Elluminate Publish, which will allow them to turn a recorded session into a video and save it on their network or upload it to the web. If you are interested in participating in our Network, please send checks to The Walker School, Ellumiante Room at 700 Cobb Parkway North, Marietta, GA 30062 by August 1st. We will purchase the room round August 15th and have room details to participants around August 20th.
