Hi! I'm applying to be a Google Certified Teacher. I had seen some posting on here last year where other Google Certified Teachers gave comments on applicants' videos. I would love some feedback! Here's the link to my video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DMFSBsfCEQc
I had problems in one area where the volume goes down and I know it has something to do with the transition that is right after it. I deleted this section and put it in again, but am still having problems. I created this in imovie '08, if anyone has any suggestions. We I go into the link in youtube it also seems to be playing very slow-hope it's just my connection speed and not another problem.
WOW! I love how you used your kids in the movie. The only thing I can suggest about the sound (I think you can do this in iMovie '08) is in the sound bar at the bottom, you can adjust the volume with a little line. If you drag the line up, it will increase the volume. Good luck with your application!
I decided not to apply this time, but next time I am going to plan to get my video done early enough to be viewed, critiqued and edited. Last time people saw some things that now I realize I should have edited, but I just didn't have time.

Hi, Alice. Like you, I find the gifts feature much too silly and Facebook-like. You can easily remove it by clicking the "remove the gifts feature" link from the Gifts icon on your Manage page. Cheers.
Would love to shed a little light on this, Bob, Alice, Sheri and Wes.

I haven't run in to the match ads, so maybe they were short lived. I do wish they would get rid of the gift thing, I looked through the management options, and couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Anyone else know how?
