Snapz Pro X
Skitch
Camtasia

Thanks Michael. I have seen Jing and Snapz Pro work, but I haven't played around a lot with it. I'll check your other suggestions too. I have also heard that the new Snow Leopard OS from MAC comes with a video screen capture tool that allows you to highlight the cursor while you manipulate objects on screen. Thanks for your help!

I am curious about this because I make a lot of handouts and I just use Print Screen and paste and then edit the picture with Word. Is there something I am missing? As for moving screen capture we have SMARTBoards and learned recently that the Record feature works really well for that. What am I missing?

I have used the SMARTboard recorder as well, but it's not fluent. I have found that if the instructor moves too fast there are parts that are missed with this screen capture software.
