The iSchool initiative
Thanks to Wes Fryer for posting this interesting project. It's a student initiated movement to get iPod touches into schools, called the iSchool Initiative Check out the video. Travis makes a pretty compelling case! He even gives other students the tools to meet with their principal. There are some interesting ideas and I think as more tools are developed, the iPod touch might be a viable device for school. Good Luck Travis and friends!

Wow! What a great idea this is! I would still like to see a touch screen computer that students could actually take notes and work problems on, but I think this is definitely a great way to go!
