Well actually the budget impact has been huge for me, my district is eliminating my position at the end of the month. So if you are ever looking for someone to teach with you virtually or assist in any way I would be delighted to participate!
I decided not to apply this time, but next time I am going to plan to get my video done early enough to be viewed, critiqued and edited. Last time people saw some things that now I realize I should have edited, but I just didn't have time.
