- A K-12 educator for 37 years and an Adjunct Professor for Wilkes University's Graduate Education program for the past 7 years, Marcia specializes in facilitating "Training the Trainer Workshops" to enable great teachers to be able to teach other teachers as well as they teach their students. Her Facilitating Adult Learning workshops are customized to district needs and goals and follow up observations, coaching, and feedback can be important to the successful implementation of change.
